Kristina is fairly new to North Carolina, having moved here with her husband Tim, daughter Elena, and son Nathan during the summer of 2022. She was raised in a Christian home and attended the Lutheran Church while growing up in Minnesota. She earned her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Humanities from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom but has also worked in counseling, human resources, recruiting, and account management.

Kristina is passionate about helping people connect in relationships. She believes that just as the Lord created us for intimacy with Him, He also purposefully made us for meaningful connection with one another. She is convinced that life is much richer, and we grow more in our faith when we are vulnerable with one another.  

Kristina enjoys walking, spending time with friends and family, decorating, cooking, listening to podcasts, and reading books about relationships. She loves that the "Creator of the rolling spheres" ("Crown Him With Many Crowns") knows every last detail about her life.  
A favorite Bible verse is, "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?  I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."  Isaiah 43:19
