Brittany was born and raised in southeast Georgia, in the Golden Isles, surrounded by beaches and beautiful marshes. She, her three sisters, and one brother were blessed to be raised in a godly home and attended Christian Renewal Church throughout her youth and young adulthood. 

After high school, she moved to Virginia to attend Hollins University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, intending to continue her education in Law School. Instead, she went into an area she is passionate about—hospitality. After working for the Chamber of Commerce, a private country club, and a restaurant group, she honed her event management skills and began Experience Event Planning on St. Simons Island, Georgia. 

Brittany met her husband, Matt, in 2016 and married in 2018. By 2022, they had welcomed four beautiful children into their family! They moved to the Waxhaw area in the summer of 2023 and immediately fell in love with Five Stones, especially the amount of God's Word being preached. Brittany enjoys family activities, live music, and anything creative. She is passionate about being the hands and feet of Christ, so serving as Care Coordinator is a joy. 

Her life verse is Ephesians 2:10 "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."
